DISGUSTED I AM LEFT WITH NO HEAT OR HOT WATER FOR ANOTHER NIGHT IN MINUS TEMPERATURES WHEN IT IS LOGGED WITH BCP I HAVE CHEST AND BREATHING PROBLEMS. I EXPECT ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE TUCKED UP NICE AND WARM TONIGHT WHILST I CAN SEE MY OWN BREATH INSIDE MY HOME! DISGUSTING

Awful service terrible staff poor management I've been waiting 20 days for a call from a housing officer and now when I call them the don't pick up

BCP Council ! I am living in studio apartment with my 3 years old child and my wife , we have 1 bedroom and a small living room , I pay 850 Rent per month and my Council Tax is Band B " 433 " a month Looks like I am living in a luxury House with 2 or three bedroom, I try to contact Bcp council but have to wait more than 30 to 40 mints and no answer . I went to the library to find bcp social worker to discuss with them , one of the social worker from library she told me we here for discuss only immigration cases , I request her find someone , I really need to discuss this how can I pay 400 council tax , she told me I am sorry but all of my other colleagues are bussy with Ukraine immigrants . So If I don't pay this then penalty My neighbor flat living 2 adults no child and they are paying 35 a month , so what is the difference between them and us ? Same flat same size same location?
