I have used this branch for many years they are ALWAYS helpful I have a problem because of banking for my partner who has dementia they always sort the problem. sometimes you may have to wait because they are busy. Nat west in there wisdom are closing this branch!!!!! They don't think about people who need to speak to a human or are not up to speed with modern tech, they are forcing us to go on line ! Have anyone tried to go into B'mouth in the middle of summer.

Have just been to this branch having failed using the online help. The three members of staff were so helpful and cheerful and they sorted the problem out within minutes! Thank you so much for your help you are brilliant!

My experience at the bank bloody queues one Cashel on that day I come on waited nearly half an hour to get seen not happy need more staff thanks

Terrible customer service, particularly the one delivered by the desk attendant named Enas. This Natwest bank assistant breached my confidentiality rights and requested without any lawful or justifiable basis to show her an email o letter containing the legal matter we were dealing with and why the solicitors were demanding the requested amount of money. When we complaint about that, she stopped attending us and started screaming to us, the branch manager had to come and assist us by completing the requested transaction. Unqualified people like Enas shouldn't be working on financial services in the UK or facing clients. This situation is being logged with the ICO. (Date and time of the transaction: 5/11/2021 13:01 at Natwest Castlepoint.).
