Really enjoyed my experience with Zen move. Mabelline was an excellent conveyancer and really made the whole process smooth and stress free from start to finish. As a first time homebuyer I had heard nothing but horror stories about the conveyancing process but I'm pleased to say this was relatively seamless.

Such a positive experience compared to any other solicitors - will never use another solicitors ever again! After having the most traumatic experience with solicitors when we sold our rental last year (to the point of almost losing the sale and being on the verge of making a formal complaint to the relevant authority), my husband and I read an article on Zen Move in the Times and made a note to use them when we came to buy again. Well, what a difference! Mabelline and Rhianna were super responsive, fast, and always on the other end of the phone or email for anything we needed. It meant our purchase went through in record time, and we were held up by the bank for a few days in the end as all the legal work had been done so speedily! Can't recommend them enough.

We were very happy with the service provided by Zen Move, in particular by Eden Goldie. In these difficult times it was great to have her kind and friendly voice at the end of the telephone line to help us navigate the process of buying our new house. Since we last moved 30 years ago, the process has changed so much that we were very grateful to have Eden's professional assistance throughout.
