Central London loft extension and house renovation Helen was involved in each stage of our renovation process and was so much more than "just" a designer. Her suggestions and designs were amazing and she had ideas that we would never have come up with. She also worked with our builders to get layout right, found suppliers for beds, blinds, bathrooms, hardware, tiles: you name it, she can do it! We worked with Helen to furnish a new-build holiday apartment for my parents, and could not have been more impressed. From the outset, Helen was meticulously organised, professional and totally responsive. My mum hadn't worked with an interior designer before and was frankly a little nervous about the process, but Helen put her at ease, and immediately understood the vision that my mum had and how to translate that into a totally cohesive design throughout the apartment. Helen suggested fantastic ideas and fabrics, gently challenged where necessary, and importantly always kept in mind the practicalities and the affordability of her suggestions. Having Helen on board also meant that all the logistical issues of trying to furnish an apartment over 100 miles from home were taken care of seamlessly. She liaised with the builders onsite where necessary, co-ordinated all other suppliers, coped admirably with issues on timelines, and always kept us up to date throughout the project. My parents and I are delighted with the final result, and my mum said that it was "even better than she'd hoped for!". We are really grateful to Helen and her team for all that they have done to not only create a fabulous interior, but to also make it an enjoyable and stress-free process. I'd recommend Helen's services without hesitation. I was very apprehensive about contacting an interior company for many reasons.One being whether a small job in an ordinary home would be embraced comfortably. Well ,Helen has been amazing . So professional in every way ,at the same time very comfortable and caring .She helped us create exactly what we wanted from listening to us and understanding our personalities and being aware of our budget to . Helen gave us a tailored service to take away the stress of investing in large long term items without making a costly mistake. Her attention to detail has created a lovely flow throughout the rooms.
