        They keep hidden excess costs on services that they say are covered in your plan. There is no warning when you take up a service that is listed as covered in your plan that you will be receiving excess charges, until later on when you receive demands for the money

        When this works its a good idea, but over the years the rewards have been cut back. The app doesnt work, and its taken over 4 weeks to renew a policy which still hasnt gone through. I would avoid if I was you.
