        The Better Health Insurance representative had called me on several occasions and left a precise and polite message, on the second occasion I was driving and we agreed she would call the following day at my request. When we did make contact your representative went through the Aviva renewal with me and explained in detail the reason for increased costs and recommended that I remain with Aviva at this time due to me currently receiving treatment
