Absolutely scammers dont trust this company, they take the money from your account the when you cancel they charge 30 for admin fee and pro-rata fees. For 3 days cover they charged 50. I wouldnt even give 1 star, its absolutely joke.

The overall experience I get from this company is very poor. You can't speak to anyone regarding claims, just diverted to an online portal which is a poor platform, making claims hard to do. We bought a new build house with all of the appliances built in. If your in the same position, beware with this company. Having proof of purchase is what you must provide to go through with any claim, which is hard to do when it came with the house! So much so my overall experience of this company is that poor I felt I had to share it.

Absolutely useless! We should have bought a new fridge freezer as it is now a month since we first contacted them. Still no fridge freezer & it looks like its not going to happen soon. We are furious! Do not use them! Get the person you pay to repair your item not this lot.

Do not use. Terrible service. Set up a fix and warranty 5th December as my dishwasher had stopped working. Still not working, kept delaying call outs and when they did fix it (with a part that cost triple the price the engineer quoted me.) they didnt actually check to see if it was working. It wasnt. Just cancelled the warranty and still 219 out of pocket wish I havent even bothered with them.

Please don't sign up to there warranties I have just phoned up about my washing machine to be told the contract I was paying a direct debit for was infact a lie
