Watch out if you give Castle Cover the opportunity to renew your insurance by direct debit (as I did). The first two years it went ok (almost the same price, just a few pound up). The third renewal was way higher and when I complained, the gave me a check to split the difference. I told them I did not want the same problem the next year, but, the next year was even a bigger difference. Again I complained, without any result. They wrote me "our renewal process does set out to offer customers the best price given the information we hold". When I asked for a quote online (on my own address) they came up with a price even lower than I used to pay (more than 100 pound difference). I t might be clear that, for this year, I went to another company.
