Seemed great at first but they don't notify anyone my electricity was cut off the fist weekend I moved in the water company were never informed as well as council. You basically have to make sure you do it all yourself they can't be trusted . It's been well over the 6 weeks. And spent my first weekend with no electricity and couldn't contact edf until Monday

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Worst service I have ever used. They said to me A and agreed on B with the energy supplier. I ended up with a debit balance of 326 that I have to pay. When I contacted them, they pushed back and said it was all good for them.
