We normally come and there are 2 members of staff that are Absolutely amazing, kind, polite and just lovely but tonight we've come in for a pick me up (sweet treat!) And left feeling worse off!
The man working today/tonight vert rude, generally grumpy put no effort at all into what he was doing, our dessert was 9 and was boring and not very nice he just couldn't be bothered!
There was no music on tonight, the atmosphere was horrible. .we normally come up every month we get good portions and the staff are great with the kids and at least smile!
After tonight we won't be coming back!
Whoever the 2 members of staff are that usually work, I want them back!
Absolutely gutted , very depressed mum here. Thanks random grumpy man.
