        A lovely stay for the price the staff are welcoming. The place was very fresh and smelt good. flowers in the entrance loved the ceiling lights. We were supposed to have a twin room but they gave a us a double which was lovely. 52 Sunday 30th to bank Holiday Monday. Very nice room new shower which was beautiful and hot. Towels, free shower stuff & soap. Free parking 12 mins walk tesco express 5 mins. Would happily come back. Fairly quiet too being on a main road and a bus stop right out front. Walkability: 12 mins to beach

        Dubious after seeing the reviews but I needn't of worried. Double bed room, shower, heater, TV, plenty of Tea/Coffee, and it was clean, tidy and quiet! WiFi wasn't much use, but reception, room, and value was well worth the price of 40 for one night! Plenty of space for clothes and to move around. Near to Lansdowne/Bournemouth. Yes it needs updating a little, but it's fine for a night or two.
