        I did an electrical inspection on the hotel over a year ago which I never got paid for. The hotel failed the inspection by a long way and is in a very sorry state. Because of the non payment I never went back to sort the problems on the inspection so they have been operating without a valid EICR for over 2 years now which is against UK law and renders the building insurance unless. The place is a death trap I I would steer well clear .
