Usually very good and helpful but since COVID it's been a real hassle just to get basic supplies like batteries and tubes. Haven't been able to get a proper check up on my hearing, which seems to be getting worse or hearing aid is broken. Someone took aid away and couple of minutes later returned it saying it's ok but nothing more. Can we just get tubes and batteries at the reception again please? Edited 14/04/23 Went back again to assess my new hearing aids and a lovely lady called Lynne was very good at explaining everything on how to use the Bluetooth part of the function on an app and sorted out my batteries/ tubes, etc. The good news is that we can collect them from the clinic directly now instead of pre-ordering. The phone message still says that you order first, so a little out of date. Also letter stated the need for masks but it seems that has all been dropped now and so much easier, especially with lip-reading Thank you Lynne for your excellent skills and support

My 9month old had her hearing checked and Lisa was lovely. Really patient and made me feel at ease. All the staff are fantastic ..thank you it makes a huge difference
