As a foreign EU nurse, I can honestly say I felt bullied and unsupported by management, the head of nursing at the time appeared to be an antiquated bigot that would not listen to her staff and always put pressure from the bottom upwards, of course this was my and several of my friend's experience, I felt the Hospital was unsafe at the time, with staffing levels being low and money being spent on all the wrong things, for example expensive agency workers. I think it's something the general population should have been made aware of before donating to the hospital's charity, in conclusion, I believe a change of management would greatly improve both spending and staff morale

Staff are uneducated backward and delinquent. Unhygienic and vindictive place AVOID this hospital at all costs. The Mental Health team AVOID they need serious help. The quacks who saw my brother were themselves psychotic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
