I have already posted once the review about this bad company, the removed it some how. This company is very bad their billing is crazy. I live in one bedroom flat my billing for heating Is over 500 for the month it is crazy. We used to leave in three bedroom flat we paid maximum 250 in a winter cold month. Secondly they still didnt fix the issue with heating itself. It turns on and off itself. Boiler system Makes noise I cant sleep It is better to put a normal standard boiler than using their inefficient company. In fact the customer service says we are new system more efficient in terms of saving energy. Are you kidding! 500 for the month is it efficient? For who? For your company?! Avoid this company

It is quite astounding that this companies sole purpose is to bill and I have not received a bill until i requested it. They have an online acc that doesn't update with your bills so its useless. I have topped up my account and the money hasnt been deducted from my bill. There is a smart meter in my property that is also useless as it doesnt update. The only thing that is communicated properly is when they want to put up the prices. I would say avoid but if you are like me and forced to have this company in your property i wont bother as you dont have a choice and i would guess that that is why they dont bother providing a good service or responding to the customer complaints on here!

Worst electricity company I have ever dealt with. They are unable to provide proper invoicing via email. We receive some invoices via post and some via email but the numbers just never add up and when asked for months to provide us with an overview they wont respond or respond with the same questions again and again working with them is like fighting windmills avoid
