        To be fair the lady who did my hair was very good. The problem I had was with the owner,I phoned to book an appointment she ask me to come in. She told me she wasn't gonna be in the time I come but there is someone else. When I get there I had to wait for an hour until I get assisted,the lady who was doing my hair told me that she wasn't told that I was coming. Even though I called twice that morning to confirm that I was coming. She do this all the time and that's a very poor customer service, I only had 2 hours and a half of my break to go and do my hair at the end I was late to go back to work. The stars I put is for the lady who did my hair not for the owner,if it was another way around I would have given her 1 star,very disappointed.
