        Asked for a slightly off centre hair cut (asymmetrical) Just got told reasons why that wouldn't work by the patronising and unimaginative staff, who were also just rude. Eventually went somewhere else where they cut exactly what I wanted. Would not go back to PH Hair if you paid me Appallingly rude and patronising staff with clearly no imagination

        The hairdresser I saw was very rude and kept talking down to me when I tried to explain what I wanted. As a result I decided not to get my hair cut here and I certainly won't be coming back.
