Tracy did an amazing job of explaining the whole process to me and making me feel comfortable. She started with my legs to make sure I had the chance to change my mind should I get nervous about the Hollywood. She kept me chatting through it all, which helped distract me. Highly recommend her.

So glad I found shugr.me! Tracy is absolutely wonderful and so so attentive. Ive been Brazilian waxed once before years ago and it hurt so bad, it wasnt even that bad getting sugar waxed by Tracy though, way less painful! Couldnt recommend her enough

Best sugaring wax EVER! I can't praise her enough! So happy I have found Tracy, she went above and beyond to fit in an appointment for me. Very efficient without feeling rushed, absolutely beautiful environment and luxurious setting with gorgeous branding and natural products made herself. All the glamour of a salon but with the warming and personal touch of being at home. Super professional sugar wax with incredible attention to detail and amazing results. Nothing is too much for her. Tracy is very skilled and her technique is the most comfortable I have experienced, she really makes you feel relaxed and talks you through everything. She is an outstanding therapist and extremely grateful to have her. Highly recommended!
