Absolutely heartbreaking. This lady caused my hair to fall out by not understanding my hair type and had put far too much weight of hair in my hair. Recent advice from hairdressers, they are all absolutely shocked by how much hair was put. Customer care is non existent and she has shown absolutely no remorse for the fact her hair extensions and technique, after only 5 weeks has caused half my hair to fall out !! Do NOT risk going to her.

Aimee is a fantastic specialist, she helped me choose hair what matching to my own, they acting like my own, and I feel like they growing from my head :) I love them :)

I have been going to Aimee since December, she is such a lovely person. I love my extensions and how comfortable I feel on appointments. Ill never go anywhere else x

I came to Aimee as a newbie to extensions and initially they looked lovely and I was very happy. I had a maintenance appointment and they had dropped out a lot and she stated this herself, she also complimented myself on how well I had been looking after them. Again initially looked good. However after a week nano beads were just sliding out and falling out on their own, Id messaged to ask for this to be fixed sadly she was not available which I understand however as another week went by a lot more beads fell out and thus the extensions began to fall out leaving my hair looking awful. I used a hairdresser to remove the rest. Subsequently I lost a lot of my own hair and have been left with balding areas and exceptionally thin hair. I have had opinions from professionals stating the wrong method and far too much weight in hair has caused this balding. I contacted Aimee for an understandable refund for at least the maintenance appointment but sadly I was met with no real remorse, her blaming myself for how I was managing them, and a statement of strictly no refund despite the service not meeting standards and lasting less than a week. I have now been ignored with no further response in or offering to help myself as I am now a lot of money down and have been left with ruined hair.
