Been part of De Souza for 10 months and thoroughly enjoy Alex's direction and teaching. Has really helped me in other parts of my life too.

Trained here twice now as Im from wales so can only train here while visiting family. Alex and the team are very welcoming and there is a high level throughout the club. If I was living in the area it would with out any doubt the place Id train. Alex has a lot of knowledge and patience. Hes a brilliant coach as you can see from the amount of medalist and high level competitors at his gym

Genuinely if I could rate the De Souza dojo bjj academy 6 stars I would. I wanted to join for years but didnt really have the confidence and now I wish I joined sooner. Beautiful, spacious and hygienic dojo, my instructors Angelika and Alex are absolutely wonderful people and truly beyond amazing teachers. Im a slow learner and their teaching methods are brilliant. Really kind, welcoming and patient, both Alex and Angelika really take time to individually help you to make sure you understand everything. As a female this has really been an empowering experience and made me feel super confident in myself. Couldnt recommend the de Souza dojo enough!
