when I first contacted Leila's gym, she replied within 24 hours and we had booked our Frist meeting for me to look around the gym. Leila welcomed me with a friendly smile and has done since. The gym is very well equipped, Leila is full of knowledge and tailor makes exercise and workouts for our 1 to 1 session using a mixture of outside and inside the gym, no two session are the same which is nice, Leila has also gives me home workouts, And helped with my nutrition and eating habits, giving me guidance and support throughout. I have gained confidence in my self and lost weight. I would definitely recommend Leila's gym.

My Partner and I attended Leila's gym to get fitter and train prior to our skiing holiday, I was a beginner and although I was having weekly lessons I was still struglling with my balance whilst skiing. Over the course of 6 weeks Leila put us through a comprehensive programme that focussed on improving our general fitness, but as well as working on our core to improve stability, this helped to greatly improve my confidence skiing on our holiday and has helped me with my overall fitness levels. Leila is clearly an expert in her field, as well as being a approachable and friendly Personal trainer who puts your goals at the forefront of the session.

I went to Leila to guide me how to become fitter and more motivated - starting from minus zero! Leila has adapted our work around my initial fluctuating confidence without judgement or fuss and has brought me on in leaps and bounds with my fitness and self-esteem. She seems to instinctively understand what is needed to bring about progress and has unwavering belief in me and my abilities even when I don't! I am constantly surprised with the variety of equipment used and work we do - Leila is clearly very knowledgeable in her work. Leila's gym is a very comfortable place to be. She even lets me choose the music! If you are looking for a skilled, kind, fuss-free PT, regardless of your fitness needs, I can highly recommend Leila's gym.

Training under Leilas guidance is a highlight of my week. Before I had Leilas help, I had reached a plateau with my cardio fitness and strength. Leila has encouraged me to do things I didnt realise I was capable of (such as handstands and lifting weights heavier than I thought possible). The sessions are well thought-out, with an impressive range of equipment to add variety to each session. Leila is extremely knowledgeable, so I feel I am in safe hands under her supervision. The training has also been good for my self-esteem and my overall well-being. I highly recommend Leilas personal training services.
