Excellent B&B. Rachel and Martin are very welcoming and friendly hosts, and the room (No. 1) and breakfast were of a good standard. Came away unable to fault the experience. Location is quiet and well located for Southbourne restaurants (several of which are v. good) and the beaches towards the eastern end of the sands. Those who want a sea view will need to go elsewhere (although there are plenty of well executed paintings around the house to set the mood). My g/f and I were very impressed and already talking of visiting the area and B&B later in the year for a weekend away from home.
