Steve is simply the best. He is certainly amongst the foremost CAD modellers I have worked with. He is exceptionally thorough and detailed and works to exacting margins to get a professional job completed. I have worked with Steve for more than 6 years and he has successfully completed numerous very complex projects on time, on budget and with compelling outcomes. Steve is not your regular "tell me what you want and I will see if it can be done" type of guy, he goes the extra mile every time offering advice and guidance on aspects that may not be entirely obvious during the design phase. As a chartered architect I have used Model Ideas Ltd on several projects where visualizations were needed to enhance my own 2d technical drawing package. They took the design data and created excellent 2-d impressions and, in one case, a walk-through animation. The products created were good quality and affordable. I highly recommend Model Ideas Ltd and will definitely be using them again in future.

The service and visuals produced by Steve at Model Ideas to support my loft conversion was excellent. He quickly got to grips my design ideas and created the visuals I needed to understand fully what my proposal would look like in real life, as well as those necessary for the planning application. He was also able to assist on key calculations in order to maximise the use of the space and determine what would be possible. I am not an easy man to please, but Steve made the process stress free and worked very efficiently, so I have nothing but praise for the service he provided. Over the years I have sent Steve at Model Ideas 40+ projects to work on, and on every occasion he has delivered exactly what I need. He quickly gets to grips with my basic sketches, converting them to detailed floor plan and elevation drawings. Eventually producing realistic rendered images, all wrapped up nicely in an impressive presentation I share with my clients. I highly recommend Steve for all your 2D and 3D CAD requirements.
