The Clinic@78

From my first contact by telephone, I've been impressed with this clinic and their high levels of customer service, especially from NICOLA on Reception. Calls are answered swiftly, with enthusiasm and care. There's a calm and relaxing ambience, very clean. Consultant James Hickey is a gem; highly recommended. He explained everything so well and squeezed me in for an op that day. I'm so grateful and very impressed.

I have visited the Clinic@78 for various health reasons while maintaining attendance also at my NHS surgery. I have to say l have nothing but good to say about the Clinc@78. The Staff are very helpful and friendly the environment is exceptional and the Doctors that l have visited have been 10/10. I have recommended to my family and friends and they are a wonderful asset to Poole at this time as our health service is overwhelmed ! Thank you

Really poor consultation . Offered no value whatsoever. Described my issue as "Unusual" and offered no further advice to what I have already been given/used in the past. Would love to give 0 stars but hey ho, onwards and upwards.
