Receptionist is vile

Absolutely shocking waited a week for a call back and still nothing. The receptionist is terrible and rude. Today tried to get an appointment for my son and they refused to give me anything except during school time even though it wasnt urgent and could wait until following week. Will be moving practice this week

The whole system is broken there. The website is horrible, the reception staff is awful. They dont just dont want to help you at all. If you try to see a doctor you have to use the website first which leads you to the reception. The receptionist says go to the website if you ill I cant help you. even if you have a fever or chest infection. I cant say much about the doctors, I saw one over my time there. I was a patient for 5 years there.

Extremely rude reception staff!! Absolutely shocking!! Just cannot believe it, should not be allowed to work or deal with the public!! This surgery just gets worse and worse!!! Would give ZERO rating if it was possible !!
