They dont care about the delivery orders, they leave the driver to wait 20 mins outside and my good allways is cold, and yestarday when i was to asda everthing it was busy and a manager it was out side smoking something like canabis or hasis

PLEASE take my advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING HERE, GO ELSWHERE!! This has to be the worst Mcd's in Britain. If you order instore you will wait at least 15 minutes for your food. At busy times you will wait at least 25 minutes for your food. The staff are completely unaware that you are there most of the time and you will be ignored, meanwhile the staff will serve 20-30 Deliveroo or just eat driver orders to every one person they serve in person, its discusting. Its very very very slow. They seem like they are only interested in serving these drivers. They turn up and get their food immediately, whilst the general public will get an order in 15-30 minutes. Unfortunately i live within 2 minutes of this mcdonalds so i know what i'm talking about as ive used this so called 'restaurant' well over 50 times(just because of convenience) its 'rank'. The food is very often greasy or cold. The service has to be the slowest ever. Be prepared for a long wait and probably be disappointed with the standard of the food when you eventually get it. I wont be using this one anymore as i have recently discovered that i can actually drive to somerford(4 miles away) and order at the drive through there, get my 'hot' food and be home again before i can go to castlepoint(600 yards away) and receive get my cold greasy food. No brainer. Castlepoint Mcdonalds has been consistently bad ever since it opened. Save yourself from the disappointment and frustration. go somewhere else. You've been warned!!
