I recently visited the Houldenhurst Subway location and was really impressed with my experience. The restaurant had a nice and welcoming atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the service I received from the staff was outstanding - everyone was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a comfortable setting

My visit to Subway in Holdenhurst road in the afternoon today made me disappointed by an incident where the employee who served me failed to adhere to proper food handling procedures and cross-contaminated my vegetarian sandwich with ham. Despite my explaining that I was a vegetarian he used the same patty which got cross contaminated saying that he dont have anymore. And declined to provide a refund when I expressed my dissatisfaction. This experience left me feeling disappointed and let down by Subway's customer service.
