Royal Brows

I've had my eyebrows done at this salon for over a year now. However, today I went to see if she had an appointment available and she told me to return in 30 minutes. I came back early to make sure there weren't any delays. She was twenty minutes late. I told the other professional who works there that I was waiting for her to make an appointment and she told me to wait another five minutes. When I returned, she was already with another guy in the chair doing his eyebrow. I wasted all my time on my break from work and couldn't get my eyebrows done. This is disrespectful to the customer. I'm very disappointed. Really, I can't believe I failed to do elsewhere my friend referred me to maintain my loyalty as a customer and at no point did she consider this and respect me as a customer. I'm going to spend Christmas without being able to do it because now there's no time to do it anywhere else. I no longer recommend a place where the customer is not respected.
