Took my blazer in. Came back not cleaned. Went back in and was told tough. We don't care if your not happy. Place has gone to the wall. AVOID.

I took my son's top in for alterations only to receive back a very poorly stitched and puckered up garment. I politely explained my disappointment at the work and was expecting an apology at the obvious lack of care or workmanship, which was clear to see. Instead I got a curt reply that alterations were nothing to do with the dry cleaners as the service was run by someone else from their store. She promptly got the service provider on the phone and instead of apologising to me started apologising to them! A simple apology to the client would go a long way to mend the damage done to both customer and garment. I highly recommend Knight Dry Cleaners attend a course on building customer relationships.

Dry cleaned my white blazer. It came back a dirty off white/grey colour, a faint dotted pattern on it like it had been burnt on top of a grill and had dirty patches on it. Would not recommend. Google advised its because they reuse and reuse the water too much. Blazer cost me 80 and Ive had to bin it.
