        Brought in a beige puffer coat (not down) as I had no clue how to wash it (expensive and didnt want to accidentally ruin it at home). Had coffee, makeup and other stains on it. Customer service was lovely, very welcoming and helpful staff. Received my coat back today in a splendid and cleaner condition - basically looks new again, wrapped with a protective plastic sleeve and a metal clothes hanger. Very positive experience and will definitely be back when this coat, or others, get dirty and Im not sure as to whether I can get it quality cleaned myself.

        Cleaned my puffer jacket which had many stains on it. Good as new. Metal zipper has matte coating chipped off - Im not too bothered about this myself but in case theres others who do mind, it might be worthwhile putting clothing with nice zippers into some sort of fabric bag whilst in the washing machine to protect it from scratching and being worn by the drum. Will definitely be back with this coat when it gets grubby again, top service! Thankyou
