I requested an urgent appointment with a GP, the Receptionist was helpful and arranged an appointment with Dr Rasool that afternoon. He was extremely pleasant and thorough. He organised an ECG for me with a nurse at the Practice within 5 minutes, and after this I was called back into his surgery for a discussion of the results. Thus, 2 meetings with Dr Rasool plus an ECG within 30 minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Rasool or the service I received at Beaufort Surgery.

I have always received excellent care here and can't fault it. My GP, Dr Rassool, is always thorough and also very kind. I haven't seen any other doctors but if they're anything like Dr Rassool I can highly recommend the practice.

There is posters saying staff will not tolerate any abuse. What about the patients. The receptionists at this surgery are so rude . You try and be nice and polite, but they talk down to you as if your nothing . I have a degree my dears. You dont need to sit there like you are doctors . YOU ARE RECEPTIONISTS . Have respect for others then you will gain respect back. I even hear them Slagging off the patients whilst Im stood there . It is disgusting behaviour. Ive even seen the doctors allowing this behaviour. A receptionist the older one having a go at an elderly patient. Then she tells the doctor that the patient was being rude so was sent away . He was only 5 minutes late he showed me his appointment card. She said he was over 15 minutes . Teach your receptionists how to deal with the public before you judge the public . It should say public should not tolerate abuse from the receptionists Apart from the receptionists.. DOCTORS The doctors are amazing . I have never had a problem with their service . Especially doctor Mitchell he is a credit to his job . He deserves a medal . I wouldnt go anywhere else . They just need to sort out their rude receptionists. As you can tell I am fuming with the way they treat people hence my post.
