Number 16 in the queue Number 1 in the queue 47 minute wait.& then it Rings once and whoever it was that answers Put the phone straight down again! Ring back Number 11 in the queue Still not had my blood test results ? Sick notes ran out Still not seen an actual Human Doctor Thanks Ill keep trying I know how inundated you are with the covid That theres no evidence of whatsoever Maybe practicing the TIK TOK dance routine? Or just blatantly doing your nails and staring at a ringing phone

I have only recently joined Providence. I am blown away by the service I have received. Within a week of joiningI have had xrays and my blood pressure points checked. The comunication of results etc is excellent. I cannot believe I stayed with my underperformed surgery for so long. Everyone at Providence is so friendly and caring.

My family and I have been using Providence Surgery for years and I have always found their service exemplary. The staff are friendly and courteous and I trust the doctors and the advice they give implicitly. They are always quick to respond and results come through quickly, with resulting actions being sought with haste when required. I couldn't be happier with this excellent surgery in walking distance from my home. Well done to all the team at Providence!

Sad to see such negative reviews as this surgery has been nothing but super efficient for us in the 8+ years that we've been registered here. Staff are really pleasant, lovely modern clean surgery. As an example (and this excellent service isn't just a one-off, but happens every single time we need to use them) this Monday morning, I called just before phone lines opened, placed in a queue, call was answered politely within 5 mins, a lovely GP called back within 10 minutes and a same day, in-person appointment got booked for me before 12 midday! Always impressed with how quickly they help my 2 year son too who is constantly coming down with new nursery germs and therefore I'm often having to call at random times, 3.30pm for example, but still very often seen by a GP or at very least called back by a GP by the end of that same day to get him sorted.
