Sad to see such negative reviews as this surgery has been nothing but super efficient for us in the 8+ years that we've been registered here. Staff are really pleasant, lovely modern clean surgery. As an example (and this excellent service isn't just a one-off, but happens every single time we need to use them) this Monday morning, I called just before phone lines opened, placed in a queue, call was answered politely within 5 mins, a lovely GP called back within 10 minutes and a same day, in-person appointment got booked for me before 12 midday! Always impressed with how quickly they help my 2 year son too who is constantly coming down with new nursery germs and therefore I'm often having to call at random times, 3.30pm for example, but still very often seen by a GP or at very least called back by a GP by the end of that same day to get him sorted.

The surgery cancelled my appointment. I called at 8am on my working hours because its the only time they allow new appointments. After waiting 15min on the phone Im finally picked up, give detail and reason of appointment and Im told to call again at 8:30. This call was at 8:20. This person could have easily make note of my request and complete the appointment at 8:30 without the need for me to recall and wait an other 20min on the phone while Im supposed to be working. Im an NHS worker and I have always put patient at the center of my practice. But this is discrimination literally. If you cant make the call at the time they tell you to then you cant book appointment? Im shocked by this surgery behaviour they try everything to discourage people from making appointments this is ridiculous I have never seen that kind of service in all my life. Ill look forward to find a new surgery to go to!
