        Disgusting place The receptionist laughed over the phone about the wait time to speak to the surgery so unprofessional!!! I hope they close.

        I found reception staff to be remarkably polite and helpful, given current strain placed on GP practices around the country. I needed an appointment, they helped me get a same day telephone appt (which was perfect for my needs). Doctor was excellent, and importantly empathetic - an incredible commodity in health care at the moment given all the demands placed on such GP practices. So I say well done and thank you for helping me

        I've not been with this surgery very long, but every member of staff I've dealt with so far has been utterly delightful. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors have been friendly, supportive, comforting and totally efficient. 10/10, would recommend!
