today we walked in clueless with no sign directing us whether to be greeted by a waiter or to take a seat, but instead the lady who didnt seem to be enjoying her job whatsoever looked at us and back down at her phone three times before bluntly telling us to go to the till on the other side to order.
i will be honest the food was amazing, but considering we were one of the only customers you wouldve thought theyd ask how the food was like every other restaurant but no.
we got up to leave and we left the waiter to continue as she was, on her phone with AirPods in with not a care in the world to realise we were on our way out the door.
dont expect me to go there again, id rather get a bus to the creams in town.

Whilst sat down eating my ice cream with my family, I was watching the female member of staff using napkin picking up a cone and wrapped the cone with a napkin (most hygienic method) then my head turned to the chap who served me earlier. He was at the till, serving a group of customer and I was observing him wiping his nose for a while with his bare hands, immediately I felt disgusted and that put me off my ice cream cone so I threw my cone in the bin and asked for little tubs for my family and threw their cones away.
I explained to the female staff that the male staff was wiping his nose with his hand knowing he gave me no napkin with our cones and she was apologetic.
The kids wanted another scoop so I queued again. Male staff didn't acknowledged me again knowing it was extremely quiet there. I was just stood there watching him and yet again he was touching the crepe with his bare hands.
Customer service needs a huge improvement. A friendly customer service who smiles and acknowledge a customer who wants to be served doesnt go a long way. There needs to be an improvement with cleaning hands frequently, use gloves etc
