Im utterly dismayed by the poor results of our website and the damage its done to our company. We went to Keeping as I trusted Tom. I thought wed be in good hands and that wed get an error-free website. After paying more than 20k, I can tell you thats not the case. Our website (which is a pretty simple site by all accounts) is riddled with design and build errors. Everything from the main CTA on the home page not working to broken links, unformatted design, etc. We had an independent audit done and it revealed over 84 problems most of which are urgent and advised us we needed a new site (it was that bad). To make matters worse, we discovered yesterday that the contact form wasnt set up correctly which meant that none of the leads that came through in the last 3 months actually reached us. They had been sitting in the backend of the site rather than going through to an email address as it hadnt been formatted correctly. In this, we had 11 really high quality leads from brands we would have loved to work with which even as a conservative guess would have been 30-50k worth of work. Opportunities that should have been ours that we missed out on because the site wasnt professionally done. Weve had three websites over the course of our history and never had we had to log into the back end of the site to access enquiries. When approached with these issues, Keeping has taken no responsibility and pointed the finger at us and tried to charge us extra to fix the problems. Ultimately the decision to work with Keeping has massively hurt our business and broken my trust (and former friendship with Tom). I used to refer work his way but after these experiences am writing to warn others to stay away and avoid the pain/damage its caused us.

Tom and his team are brilliant! We are a high-end events catering company and Tom just 'gets' our brand. When we do need to go back and forth with ideas, Tom is quick to respond and the results are always well above expectation. Recently, Keeping turned around a brochure for us at lightning speed as we were working to a tight deadline. Would certainly recommend!
