Go here, not the awful Castlepoint Sainsbury concession one. Proper Argos store with actual stock, and friendly staff who actually have some grasp of their own refund and return policy. Faulty laptop exchanged without a fuss. You can actually go in and buy things instead of only having click and collect. I really wish if Argos would stop this insistence on these in store concessions - some can't do any aftersales at all (Christchurch), others appear to have no idea how or when to do it (Castlepoint). Thank god there is one proper store left round here.
