Last appointment I had to wait 40 minutes over the appointment time. I have had 2 telepone cancellations of appointments one being the afternoon before my due appointment, so very last minute. I kindly agreed each time. This time I arrived today and was told it was only a Consultation when in fact I was booked for a gum shield impression for teeth grinding. Today I arrived at 2pm for an appointment at 2.05 pm. I waited until 2.44 pm and had to reschedule. As I was talking to the Receptionist who was very apologetic and friendly the Dental Assistant came and called my name. I explained that I was having to reschedule and she said we do run over appointments on occasion. I tried to explain that appointments ran very late last time too. The Dental Assistant cut me off and said you have a lovely day in a very sarcastic tone. I wished her a good day also. I feel saddened that this dentist feel it is acceptable to treat their patients/paying Customers in such a rude way. If Patients were rude I am sure that is not tolerated and rightly so judging by the signs. Please regard this as a Complaint about the Dental Assistant. The Dental Hygienist has been a positive experience here at Pine Road but I am shocked at the passive aggressive attitude I received today. I have booked a further appointment for the gum shield consultation and the taking of the impression and prey that my experience is more positive next time. If not I will look for a more organised dentist that takes care of Patients and does not treat them with disrespect. Very upset that my time, petrol and earnings as a busy self employed person have been depleted. Perhaps Patients/ Customers should have compensation for the aforementioned as indeed My Dentist would expect if I cancelled last minute. There is a real feeling that as a patient/ Customer you are not important at this Dentist. Feeling less than valued, more like contempt. Teeth grinding saga to be continued.

So Young Park was so thorough and explained everything clearly. She was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely recommend her and I dont feel anxious about going to the dentist anymore!

Staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. My dentist and her nurse worked very well together and done an amazing job with getting my 2 year old son in the chair for his first ever dental appointment. Thank you

Had a large filling done on a back tooth and both Sainath and his nurse Abbie were brilliant. Barely felt the injection and both were really kind and professional :)
