Im on a liquid diet.
The lady said on the phone it was an emergency and to go to see this practice.
First, the reception impression was lovely. On-time. The dentist was Sooror Chenari. She was the rudest person I ever met. Immediately judgemental. Zero empathy. Because I have several issues on both sides, she said that I need to be a private patient. Then she constantly asked me which tooth is my priority. All of them
So I suggested having a look and she tell me. Well even after the x-ray she was incapable of giving her opinion but saying I can be a private patient and then she can fix all of it.
Thanks... I'm living on benefits for the past 4 months and it's unfair to keep saying I need to pay if I want to have painless teeth.
Eventually, I told her that I want them to fix one and she booked me in the next day. I had to take my 2-year-old with me and she knew that. I was there a bit before the appointment. I waited for 40 minutes. Then she came again that she is not going to refer me anywhere else to do a root canal because I have to be a private patient. She made my tooth worse than before and it was a cavity between 2 teeth. Now I have a huge gap. The edges are sharp, cutting my tongue.
Food is still stuck in. Worst dental experience. She shouldnt be a dentist!!!
