The receptionist today(only if I knew her name) was awfully rude, impatient, did not understand what I was saying (mind you, do not get me wrong here please, as spoken English was not at all the issue) anyhow, I felt so belittled, and she refused to even listen to me further AND was pointing out to the door showing her index finger, shouting that I should leave. Sooooo unbelievably rude. I was shocked and gubsmacked.

The Lady on reception was so helpful (wed 4th jan) she booked me in that day as I was in alot of discomfort- she is very friendly & informative! I had a thorough checkup by the dentist and they all made me feel very comfortable and overall I was very pleased with my visit : )

I have been with this dental practise for many years now and never had an issue until today. The Receptionist is very rude. Also hanging up on patients isn't very professional.

I would leave zero if it would let me. Arrived on time for my appt with my newborn grandson. I was told I had to wait outside in the blistering heat until the receptionist was ready to book me in. I asked if I could stand in The porch area I was refused. It couldnt be because of covid because no one was wearing a mask in there. The government advice is stay out of the sun in this heatwave, plus I have severe health issues. I told them this and I was still refused so I left, moments later the receptionist rang me screaming down the phone claiming I had abused the dentist, I had not, I was the one being abused. I hung up on her as I could not make sense of her words through her uncontrollable screaming, and she was making my anxiety even worse. I then received a nasty text banning me from the dentist because i a)didnt attend? And b) because they claimed I was abusive. I was not, just very hot and concerned for the baby. But how can they claim I didnt attend but also abused them at the same time? I Am in process of making an official complaint to NHS England about them. Over 40years I have been at that practice and I have NEVER experienced treatment that disgusting.
