Bear Cross Dental Practice

Rude Receptionist. Called twice in the last two weeks. Rude both times. Second time just laughed at me on the phone. Not empathy and does not care. No people skills. Shocking place.

Receptionist is totally rude! Not understanding whatsoever about my kids and I not being able to come to appointment due to illness. Huffing and puffing then continued to argue with me once I had pulled her up on her rudeness. How can they have someone like this answering their phones and dealing with people.

They got me straight in for an emergency appointment all staff from reception to dentist very pleasant and polite the only word to describe the care I received is amazing. Thank you to all staff at the practice.

I would not recommend this dentist at all!!! Myself and my kids are registered here and the manor they talk to you in is disrespectful and very rude! Couldnt get appointments during covid only emergencys and when manage to get one they get rude and say its no excuse that you havent been because of covid My kids are now petrified of going to the dentist as the dentist told them she was going to rip there teeth out there only young and should not of been spoken to like this The receptionist is rude abrupt
