        Ive often used this Eurochange and have found the rates and service to be good. I always ask lots of questions and the staff have always been helpful.

        Martin is utterly rude and uninterested. Moaned that I arrived 5 mins before they opened dont you know its a bank holiday, proceeded to just stand there until 10am even though it said 9am on the window. I was struggling to purchase from the website for a better rate and he was unhelpful. Said it wasnt his problem and everyone else can do it why cant you. This is so poor, does not compare with service Ive received from other branches. Will not be returning ever, shame really as I live round the corner.

        I booked appointment online to sell my currency at local shop. I filled all information online like address name etc. I went to the shop and extremely rude girl asked me to give all information again, I asked why you want my information again instead of explaining what their system asks it again she said you don't need use our services and you can go elsewhere. I never seen so rude staff in my life.
