Initial call connection claiming reduced staff due to COVID-19 (in April 2023). Selected the relevant option. Had the call picked up and then immediately put down. Very poor attitude.

What a travesty and utter disgrace to our children. Allow such apparent and proven perjury and fraud. They allow and force alienation of parents and children instead of enforcing orders. After "enforcing" an order that was being breached for the second year running, the court thought it ok to make me and my children wait 5 months to see or even speak to each other again. Allowing the breach to continue, allowing contempt of useless court orders. May as well of handed me this instead....

Joke. Still using Coronavirus as the excuse for not answering phones. The one occasion I managed to speak to an operator she was rude and obstructive.

One star, cause I had to pick it, not because they deserved any. The family court administration system is just appalling!. I did not only had to deal with the unpleasant ex, but with the lack of administration and common sense that rules the place. How is a lay person supposed to navigate a system which is full of pitfalls. On the first day of my hearing, my paper work despite having been served, did not make it onto my file. The court received it two days prior. I then turn up for a hearing on a Monday morning to be told that it had been vacated and they had sent a letter to my solicitor on a Friday afternoon to inform of not hearing the following Monday at 10.00 am. Massive shortcomings! The clerk was apologetic, but lousy apologies do not make up for the great deal of distress you already are under. Thank good this people do not run an airport. It would be good bye holidays for ever. No one in admin had the common sense to send me an e-mail or a text bearing in mind that solicitors do not work on Saturday and this was short notice. On checking my file. I pointed out to the clerk that a Penal notice had been addressed to the right person but served with the wrong name. I then asked for an enforcement of a penal notice, the judged decided that I needed to make it formal, I asked the court what form should I used to make it " formal" guess what they could not give me legal advice. This is not legal advice. Legal advice would be should I do this or that. All I needed to know is which form to make the claim. They also send me a link which does not work..... of course I should complaint but guess what, they would not tell me which form to use....
