Sent out wrong item. Had to return at my own expense. Asked for a reimbursement in postage costs as it was their error. Never heard back. Shame.

Held an account with this Company for over 1 year.A competitor apparently complained to Bomb Cosmetics that we were also selling these products, so Bomb Cosmetic cancelled our account with no prior knowledge or comminication or awareness that this was happening. It was only upon chasing a 500 order which had been accepted on line did we find out that our account had been terminated. Appalling level of service or Business ethics. Incenced is an understatement. There are other companies our there avoid.
