        You've just lost a customer that comes in quite regularly Mr Local Shop! This isn't the 1st time my kids have come away from your shop feeling like you Hate Children but today you've upset my 11 yr old the way you spoken to them, they wanted to spend their money with you and not the other mainstream shops!!!! I'll be in to see you about this at some point but I'll wait until I am calmer than I am now.
