Think we have all got Builder stories to tell and largely I have been lucky to have got away with just a average job in the past. It seems to be the normal in the world of builders that iare doing 5 jobs and once and never finish any properly. However is the first time I have ever left a review for a builder (Ian) as he has left me with a big smile for a change. I got the feeling Ian was doing everything as if it was his house and I could not find anything I was not happy with. PS Dont tell him but I think he could charge more! I am not including the before picks as an embarrassment but now I feel like putting a sign in the street for anyone walking buy to come and use my bathroom as I want to show it off.

We enlisted Ian from Wrey designs to transform our garden and he did just that! He has designed and built us a lovely new patio - great quality and excellent finish with perfect attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with how it looks and will certainly be getting them back for more work on our house in the future!
