As a very longstanding customer for many years I would not go anywhere else for help! Jonathan has yet again helped me in an emergency and managed to rescue and backup important data when my old laptop finally gave up, load this onto a new laptop, set everything up for me and talk me through, at length, the new configuration. Nothing was too much trouble!

Disappointed, great reviews and bottom of my street! Rang up with what I thought was a simple request, Johnathan was very friendly and helpful, saying he'd phone me right back, but for me to ring him if I'd not herd back in 10 minutes, I gave him 15 minutes and tried again. He confirmed he'd found the part and was just running some tests and he'd phone me straight back... That was over 2 hours ago now... It's now gone 6pm the day before Good Friday. This was a crucial part to enable me to work this weekend, I'm now going to have to wait until Tuesday

John did a truly professional job from start to finish. He recommended a laptop as I was not sure what to buy. A perfect solution in the end for my requirements. He synced all my devices and got all my photos nicely stored in one place, loaded all the programmes and ensured my laptop was secure. A delight for me as I was not able to transfer some video files from my iPad which he sorted out. I could not be happier with the service and unreservedly recommend John for any computing advice and requirements. He is friendly, professional and very experienced in this field.
