I have just used Eclypse Repairs to sort out problems on my laptop.The service was excellent ,very professional and well worth the money spent out. My emails and Word all up and running again. Would certainly use again .Thankyou Paul.

Complete scam. Avoid them. All the 5 stars are FAKES all made by the owner who creates fake single use accounts. They ALL have only ever left 1 review unlike myself who contributes a lot to google. I was extremely disappointed as they kept increasing the price based on lies. My laptop had more than one problem and could possibly a high cost to fix so I made sure to ask if I didnt want to go ahead would be ok and he said would be absolutely fine. It turned out that for a not so new laptop spend nearly 800 to fix would be a bit much so I thought is better to get a new one or try to quote with someone else. He took ages to allow me to pick up my laptop and when I finally did the laptop was in an unacceptable condition. COMPLETELY SCRATCHED in every single corner or surface. When I gave to him was in MINT condition and now it turned up like it has been thrown around lots if not purposely damaged due to the amount and deep scratches on it. Watch out of you decide not to go ahead with the service. When I enquired what happened he just said its because its been there too long when he kept it without allowing me to pick up. Disgusting

WARNING: Extortionate Prices For a simple fix carried out, the price charged was rediculously high. It's a shame, he's polite and well manered. Relistically, he needs to re-think his pricing and what he charges people. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it felt like daylight robbery. We were left feeling kind of shocked and upset if lm honest. It's one of those moments you wish you could turn back time... l hope that this can be of some help.

CAUTION: Be Aware Since l have left a review reporting this man for fraud, l've noticed an immediate inundation of 5 star reviews within an hour which are identical word for word on multiple websites that host his business. For example, if you click on the name 'ROBERT WHALE' you will see that the bogus account was created on the same day as the review and he has left reviews for no other companies. He's spending his time creating fake reviews to try and hide the ones from his genuine paying customers. Instead he should be replying to his customers reviews and addressing their concerns, l guess he's too embarrassed.. This is both childish and disgusting. How very sad..
