Great, friendly service. My laptop completely packed up, the screen wouldn't come on. Firstly went to Currys who were useless, unable to fix it, did a data recovery but didn't get half of the documents I needed. Took it to Peter who found out the issue on the same day as I dropped it in, he ordered a replacement part and it was fixed as soon as that arrived less than a week later. Would highly recommend!

For years, I was on the lookout for a really good local computer therapist here in Bournemouth. Until autumn 2022 I got by somehow, with a bit of amateur help from family and friends. Finally, I chanced upon the right person. Pete of Advanced Computer Repairs is a highly resourceful and experienced professional who cares. He can be relied on to always rise to every computer challenge and do his excellent best. Unfailingly, he provides the kind of competent, prompt and affordable help I seek, in the friendliest and most courteous way, taking time to explore and explain to me all the various options and what they involve. Gone is my old sense of helpless frustration when my old laptops (on which my livelihood totally depends) played up. Now, I know where to go and who I can count on. For the past few months, I've known that if anyone can solve a computer problem, large or small... soothe my worries and give me sound advice... go the extra mile in prolonging the active life of my cherished old laptops (VAIO and Dell XPS13)... and be a sheer pleasure to do business with... it's Pete.

Great customer service and amazing tech work. Figured out what was wrong with my unit quickly and also kept me updated throughout the process. Overall very helpful and would definitely recommend and use the service again if the need arises.

Pete was excellent. Very friendly and was able to resolve the boot up issue on my laptop. I would recommend him and would use again for a future tech issue.
