A relative of mine had passed away a few days before Christmas and I approached Ocean Colour Print to see if they could print the brochures I had designed before the date of the funeral (deadline: 4th of Jan). This time of year is especially difficult as almost all companies are closed for the Christmas and New Year break. However, despite the strict deadline and unfortunate timing, Lee went out of his way to make sure I would have the brochures printed on time and to a great quality. I couldnt have been more impressed with his level of service - he has a kind manner and human approach which, from my recent experience, sets him miles apart from competitors.
